This Cookie Notice applies to two distinct environments operated by fam. Technologies:

• The fam. marketing website (our public-facing website)
• The fam. application (the authenticated platform used by registered Organizations and Users)

We use different cookies in each, as described below.

3. Cookies in the fam. application

The fam. application uses only strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the platform to function and cannot be switched off.

Cookie type

• Session authentication cookie: maintains your logged-in session. Set on login, expires on logout or session timeout.
• CSRF protection token: protects against cross-site request forgery. Set per session.

These cookies contain no personal data beyond a session identifier and are never used for tracking or analytics. No consent is required for these cookies as they are essential to provide the Service you have requested.

4. Cookies on the marketing website

4.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are set automatically and are required for the website to function. No consent is required.

• Session and security cookies (as above).

4.2 Analytics cookies (opt-in)

With your consent, our marketing website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with the site. This helps us understand which pages are most useful and improve our content.

Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

• _ga — used to distinguish users. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<ID> — used to persist session state. Expires after 2 years.

Google Analytics data may be transferred to and processed on servers in the United States. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not use Google Analytics Advertising Features.
